The Pre-Law Journey: From Curiosity to Courtroom Thinking

Students are introduced to the pre-law pathway, including how to explore legal careers early, build a strong academic and experiential foundation, and develop the core skills that law schools look for. The workshop highlights key campus resources, legal opportunities on and off campus, and what it means to begin "thinking like a lawyer" from the start of college.
A key component of the session focuses on how to build an effective pre-law timeline. Students learn how to map out their college years in a realistic and intentional way, identifying when to explore classes, join organizations, pursue internships, build relationships with mentors, and begin preparing for the LSAT.
