We will also cover the most common cyber threats facing students, including phishing emails, fake job scams, fraudulent text messages, and other social engineering tactics. Students will learn how to recognize warning signs, safeguard their accounts and devices, and respond appropriately if they encounter suspicious activity. The session will conclude with an introduction to the university's IT Security team, available support resources, and the important role every student plays in maintaining a secure campus community.
